corporate

Soon they
became tired
of being
stuck in a
cubicle and
longed for
the outside
world where
they could
interact
and help people
more
directly
again.

We all want our homes to be a clean and healthy environment. Since everyone tracks contaminants in our homes every day,
keeping your home and carpets clean is a big part of good health.
Our commercial and residential cleaning service allows us to make a difference in people's lives, to help those that don't have time to do it
themselves, aren't physically able to clean their floors or carpets, or just don't want to. We also utilize the latest in cleaning technology and
training so we can deep clean those areas where over the counter equipment and cleaners aren't effective.
By using powerful truck mounted equipment for carpet and tile cleaning, we remove germs deep down that we live with day to
day. Germs that vacuums or store rental carpet cleaners or equipment just can't get out.
We love when our company is able to get out a problem spot or get someone's carpets cleaner than they thought they would get and really make their day.
Experience
With over 10 years experience in the cleaning business, Stefanie
Overturf decided to go at it full time, launching her very own company in 2008.
She works along with her husband, Jeremy, an IICRC Certified Carpet Cleaning
Technician who ran a successful cleaning service in Illinois before moving to Florida.
His family's cleaning company, SOS Cleaning, is still going strong, servicing the Southern Illinois region since 1995.
This kind of background along with having so many associates and family members in the cleaning industry gives
us all kinds of advantages when it comes to cleaning techniques, new products, and questions when a difficult situation arises.

We emphasize that we are a local, family owned company.

On March 16,
2010 we
changed our
name from
Stefanie
Overturf's
Cleaning to
Overturf's
Cleaning.
We hold ourselves to high standards of cleanliness, service, and responsibility, and we use high quality products
that are effective yet safe for your family and pets. Our goal is to give you the best possible service.
Since we're local and family owned, we work even harder for you because we value our reputation within the community.

1. Expect a well trained, clean cut, friendly professional you can trust that is ready to do a thorough cleaning of your carpets and/or tile.
2. Timely. When you make an appointment, you should expect us there on time unless there is an unexpected emergency.
3. Expect us to treat you, your family, and your home with the same respect as we would an important member of our family.
4. You can expect that you'll be so pleased that you will be eager & delighted to introduce us to your most esteemed friend.
What We Expect From You:
1. When you make an appointment, we expect you to keep it, be there on time, and be ready for us to begin working.
2. We expect you to treat us as more than your hired help, but as a dear and valued friend.
3. We expect you to pay your bill then and there, once services are rendered.
4. If we didn't perform as promised, we don't want your money. That's why we guarantee our work. However, if we did perform as we said we would, we expect you to contact at least 2 and up to 5 of your valued friends, relatives, or coworkers and refer our services to them.
