From my initial phone call to saying goodbye when they were finished - everything was professionally handled. I was very happy with the job that was done and some tough spots I have had for a long time were treated & cleaned up beautifully by Jeremy. I have no problem recommending them for anyone who wants a quality, professional company that does a fantastic job from start to finish.
Jeremy kept working some problem areas until they were totally
cleaned or the best that he could do and I was satisfied with his work ethic.

I was very pleased with your work . You were friendly but I must add that I liked your overall professionalism!
I have worked with a few companies in the area and you far surpassed any one else. I have always been disappointed in the way my home was treated. The last company I hired broke my couch. You were very conscientious in all details. You took your time even though mine wasn't a big job. I thought you were very thorough.
The upholstery was very clean. I went over a few areas and there was no residue on my damp cloth. I like the fact that it still looks awesome which is important as I was afraid to get it done as one was a new couch.
The spot remover is also a good product. I'm so upset that I had spilled it all out. It did work well on the 'hairballs' that Puddin left a couple weeks later. There was no marks left on the couch. I will be calling you soon for my floors!

Well, I finally had a day off of work. I needed my carpet cleaned real bad before Christmas. My little Multi-poo had finally finished his training on it!
I was sure I could not find any one to do the job on the spur of the moment. I started a search on the internet. No mam, sorry, next week????, first of the year, they must have alot of multi-poos who's training on the carpet was finally over!
I finally saw this wonderful website, and I talked to a very friendly person, who I know now to be part of a husband and wife team. She set me up with same day service and said her husband Jeremy could be here in a few hours. The service and professionalism was great. Very nice young man and my carpets look and SMELL wonderful !! Teddie Bears training years are finally behind both of us........
