Tile and Grout Disclaimer:

Tile and grout that is properly installed, has not been subject to harsh cleaners or any type of waxes, will, in most cases, clean up very nicely with no issues. However, there is always the potential for loose grout, tiles, and/or caulking to be dislodged during cleaning. Additionally, in extreme cases, some grout may be colored or stained to the point where cleaning produces little visible results. Overturf's Cleaning uses proper methods and procedures, but cannot be held responsible for these situations, should they occur.
